Our COVID-19 Protocols and Precautions
ASAP Construction Group is committed to keeping our clients and staff safe from COVID-19. To limit everyone’s risks, we take the following preventative precautions:
- Our staff wears masks at all times while near clients or others.
- We practice social distancing at all times.
- We have limited on-site staff to groups of 10 or fewer.
- Our team minimizes touch contact, including person-to-person contact as well as contact with doorknobs and other items. This includes using touchless measuring tools whenever possible.
- When possible, we schedule virtual meetings rather than in-person meetings.
- We maintain a mandatory handwashing schedule for all staff.
- We monitor our staff for any symptoms of COVID-19 and require them to report any symptoms they develop.
- Twice each day, we sanitize the worksite with disinfectant.
- Our staff staggers their start times and break times to reduce the number of people in the same area at any given time.
In the event that a staff member tests positive for COVID-19 or has been exposed to someone who tested positive, we will follow the following protocols:
- The affected staff member must report their exposure or positive test result and leave the worksite immediately.
- The affected staff member must quarantine for the CDC-recommended period of 14 days or they must test negative for COVID-19 before they can return to work. If they tested positive previously, they must both quarantine for 14 days and then test negative before returning to work.
- We will notify everyone who is known to have had contact or may have had contact with the affected staff member.
- Any staff members who were in contact with the affected staff member and may have been exposed to COVID-19 must also leave the worksite to quarantine for 14 days or they must test negative for COVID-19 before returning to work.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our team as well as you and your family are safe from COVID-19.
